Norman grinned as his attack met, putting space between he and his opponent. Just enough space to, say, get on a glider. His glider finally swooped in low as Daredevil sprung back to his feet.
"I'm afraid I can't let you get away. I refuse to let you put more lives in danger."
Norman jumped up onto his glider, which might as well have been staring DD in the face, and cackled. "Oh, do not fret. I wasn't planning on leaving quite yet!" Laughing maniacally, in partial due to his accidental rhyme, the Goblin kicked on one of the controls on his glider, causing two blades to slide out the front. Due to the close proximity, they jutted straight for the red one's face. Hey, if he had to stick around, he might as well kill the "Man without Fear", right? Some noteriety in the underground would probably do him well, anyway.

At such close range, Daredevil barely dodged Green Goblin's attempt to cleave his face in half. One of the blades barely grazed his cheek, drawing blood. Snarling, Daredevil rolled and came up underneath the glider. The heat from the glider's engine made him uncomfortable. He grabbed the wing of the Goblin's glider and heaved, seeking to unbalance his foe and rid him of at least one of his deadly toys.
"You will be leaving quite soon, actually," Daredevil assured him.

Before Norman had much of a chance to do anything with his glider, he was again tumbling off of it. Landig hard on a knee, he scowled and began to yell angrily. "YARGH! HOW AM I EVER SUPPOSED TO ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING IF YOU KEEP KNOCKING ME OFF OF MY GLIDER?!" He was boiling with rage at his opponent, who had proceeded to throw his glider. It's anti-gravity repulsors did their bit to level it before any real damage could be done.
The Goblin, however, lunged for Daredevil's throat, itching for a chance to finish this nuicance off one and for all. What was it with these costumed do-gooders?! He could not wait to take the life out of this particular man. No matter what happened, he would be satisfied once the world is rid of "The Man Without Fear".

"That was kind of the idea," Daredevil replied. What, did the Green Goblin really expect him to move out of his way because he demanded? He supposed the Green Goblin was so used to getting his way through terror that it threw him off when someone didn't give in to his demands.
Daredevil'svoice was soon silenced as his throat was clasped in the Green Goblin's tremendously strong grip. He would say his vision was in danger of growing dim...but he hadn't had that problem for a while now, had he?
He quickly swung an arm across the Green Goblin's arm, attempting to break his chokehold. At the same time, his other hand swung around in a vicious and desperate backhand.

Before he had much of a chance to strangle the life out of Daredevil, the red man had broken his grip with a clean swipe and backhanded him across the face. Norman growled and took a step back. Perhaps they should move this fight outside, in the view of more people? Or at least, then he would know when the police are here. But, how to do it? He wouldn't be able to get on his glider without hornhead knocking him off....maybe he could just run outside? Surely, he was faster than this poser.
So, taking off at a run, the Goblin made for the door, telling his glider to follow him and tossing a pumpkin bomb over his shoulder toward Daredevil. Hopefully, he would at least be able to make it outside before his opponent caught up to him. If he had enough of a head-start, he might even jump on his glider. Things were definitely looking up.

"You won't get away that easily!" Daredevil roared. He tapped his foot on the floor, and the slight noise mapped out the location of the billy club he had thrown earlier. He scooped it up as he chased after the Goblin.
Daredevil didn't fear the Goblin getting away, he wouldn't allow it. However, he was worried about the Green Goblin driving the fight into a more populated area.
He was so focused on catching his opponent that he didn't spot the pumpkin bomb until the last second. He rolled out of the way, but the blast was still close enough to deafen him momentarily. For a moment, he shook his head, focusing himself to panic as he was once again truly blind.
There! He could hear the footfalls. He chased after the Green Goblin.

Ah, this was a breeze! His bomb had done his job, giving him an excellent head start and he wasn't afraid in the least to let out a maniacal cackle. Risking a glance behind him, he could see his glider a few paces behind, and farther back still, the "Man Without Fear" giving chase.
Norman reached the doors and kicked them open. Off in the distance he could hear sirens and the few students walking by looked startled, but nothing more. Perhaps they didn't recognize him, or they just didn't care. Not his problem! Jumping straight up, his glider came to rest beneath him. He was in superior positioning! Daredevil would die now, and all would see!
Not wanting to waste a second, Norman swung his glider to face the doors as it slowly backed away from them. With a gently kick/nudge at one of the controls, a missle shot straight at the doors, aiming to blow them up just as Daredevil arrived at them. Good times!

Daredevil cursed as he heard the glider fly by. Now even more people were in danger. He had to stop the Green Goblin and soon.
It was more instinct than anything else that saved Daredevil's life from the missile. His radar sense would have probably been too slow to detect the missile. As it was, he sensed something was up as the Green Goblin repositioned his glider to him. Charging right at the Goblin, he was vulnerable to all the Goblin's weaponry.
He threw himself to the side as he cleared the door. Something large and fast whistled by him and into the lecture hall. Then it exploded. A missile?!?
Daredevil didn't fear for himself, but he did fear for others. How powerful had that missile been? Had that missile hurt anyone, perhaps collapsing the far wall of the lecture hall? How big had the blast been? For a moment, these concerns distracted him.
"Bastard!" Daredevil spat.

The missle missed it's target by a mere couple of feet and proceeded into the room where their brawl had started. Although it had bypassed his primary target, Norman could only hope that it blew Donicus to shreds. His opponent was crouching in the yard next to the doors of the structure, and muttered a name in the Goblin's general direction. "Ah, I suppose you've reduced yourself to name-calling because you now see the futility of your struggle, hahaha!"
Kicking to life another control, a small barrel slid out of the front of the glider and began to spit bullets at Daredevil in a rapid-fire fashion. The Goblin laughed maniacally as the turf was torn up in the hopes that the red one would not be able to avoid him for much longer. This encounter had gone on long enough to present a good show, and Norman fully planned on bailing once the approaching sirens came within seeing distance of the destruction....and he would make sure they blamed the Green Goblin for it!

Where, where was there cover? There were too many open spaces in the open hallway they were in. And he couldn't outrun a bullet! He dived into another corridor as the Green Goblin's bullets tore through the air, and was briefly hidden from view as he turned the corner. The Goblin's bullets hit the nearby wall, spraying pieces of concrete and glass everywhere.
There was no telling who would be hurt! He had to take out this menace quickly- no longer was his the only life at risk!
A sharp pain in his leg alerted him to another problem. He touched his gloved hand to his leg, almost in disbelief. He felt something fluid and sticky. Yep, at least one of those bullets had hit.
He tapped a wall, trying to assess the layout of the area again. He couldn't put more lives in danger by going into an occupied classroom. And it would take only a second for the Goblin to turn the corner.
There was a window- he could crash through it and get out of the building. He was on the first floor, so there would be no fall. On the other hand, there was nothing to be gained by leaving- there was nothing large to hide behind outside, except for those trees he recalled being about a hundred feet away. He would never make it that far before the Goblin's bullets tore him to shreds.
He supposed he did have one last trick to fight back. He twisted part of one of his billy clubs and depressed a small button on it. He shook it, stirring the volatile chemicals inside. Then he threw it down the hallway.
The billy stick was a modified flashbang that suited Daredevil very well. More flash, less bang. Blinding his enemies while leaving Daredevil with all of his senses.
Daredevil leapt back into the corridor the Green Goblin had been coming from. He knew if anything had gone wrong with the flare trick, his superhero career would be ending quite shortly. He threw a billy club at the Goblin's head, at the same time leaping to tackle the Goblin and take him off that deadly glider.

His opponent seemingly fled, running around a corner while narrowly avoiding all of the Goblin's bullets. Norman quit firing once his target was out of sight. He was fully prepared to dash around the corner in pursuit, but had to stop himself. These hero types didn't run so easily, perhaps he was setting up some kind of trap. Well, Norman wouldn't fall for it. Perhaps if he could angle a pumpkin bomb right, he could get it to ricochet off of the wall into that hallway.....that seemed like the best idea.
However, before he had time to do this, a small projectile was slipped around the corner and came to rest a few feet in front of the glider. For a second nothing happened, but then a blinding flash lit the hallway. This was bad Norman couldn't see and so he was at a disadvantage. His opponent had been around the corner and therefore shielded from the flare. Now would be a good time to run.
Something smacked him in his head and he experienced a bit of a flashback, remembering Daredevil's primary attack. First he had thrown a stick, and then knocked the Goblin off of the glider with his body. There was the stick, and there should be his body! Norman swung a punch wildly, hoping to catch Daredevil in the act of leaping toward him. However, he couldn't see exactly where DD was coming from, so chances of the attack hitting are low. If he missed, he would be knocked off of his glider.....again.

Daredevil knew he had to keep the Green Goblin away from that deadly glider. He didn't have any spare flares left, so that trick wasn't going to work twice. He wanted to total the damn thing, but right now he had to focus on the Goblin. Maybe if he kept up a constant assault on the Goblin he would be able to avoid any problems.
The Green Goblin swung a punch at him, but like most people who relied on their sense of sight, his aim was incredibly off now that he was blinded. Daredevil connected with his opponent, tackling him to the ground.
He swung his fist at the downed Goblin, then pulled back for another strike. He intended to pummel the Goblin into unconsciousness, but he had a feeling the Goblin would keep up his tendency to not be cooperative.

Norman felt Daredevil connect and silently cursed as he was thrown from his glider, falling hard to the floor on his back. The wind was knocked out of him, and he didn't have much time to react before he felt a fist slam into his face. His vision was still all white and spotty, but it was slowly getting better. The punch to his face really hurt one after that number, and the red man was currently in a superior position. It is time to break out the secret weapon.
Another fist connected with his face, and he began to feel his consciousness slipping away. It was now or never. He shot his hands up, groping to feel for Daredevil. Since his opponent was on top of him, it was only half a moment before he would be able to make contact. Once contact was made, he would release from his gloves 1000 volts of electricity, hopefully shocking the Man Without Fear into submission. Or at least giving him a chance to break for his glider and bolt.

Daredevil thought he had his enemy right where he wanted him. Even while viciously pummeling the Goblin, he tried not to lose control of his emotions. He was angry, yes, at how the Green Goblin had put the whole campus at risk in order to kill one man- one man who had never done anything wrong to him. But he realized that killing would not undo the damage, and he had no wish to descend to the Green Goblin's level.
Well, honestly that was a lie. Part of him wished to smash the grinning demonic face into a pulp. And wouldn't the world be a better place if he did?
The Green Goblin reached out a flailing hand. Daredevil reached out and grabbed it, intending to snap the Goblin's wrist. That ought to discourage him from throwing pumpkin bombs anytime in the near future.
Unbeknownst to Daredevil, of course, that moment of contact was just what The Green Goblin needed. A surge of electricity shot through Daredevil's body, causing him to scream. His body buckled uncontrollably until he fell off of the Green Goblin. Now it was his turn to wrestle with consciousness. The leather suit, while it could insulate against electricity to a degree, was not suitable protection for the jolt of electricity that had gone through his nervous system. His enhanced sense of touch made the pain even more dehabilitating. He writhed on the floor, attempting to gain control of his body. He could not let the Green Goblin find him helpless.

Norman would have gladly taken this opportunity to down the Daredevil once and for all, but greater things were at risk. He had no way of knowing just how long the electric shock would keep his opponent down and so had to escape while he still had the opportunity. His sight had not completely returned yet, but shapes and colors were beginning to coalesce and he was able to locate his glider...probably. It looked like his glider at least. He chuckled lightly as he rose shakily to his feet, moving toward the glider.
Things could have gone worse, and he had accomplished his main objective. Daredevil was a loose end that could always be tied up later, and Norman didn't much care to stay here until the police entered. It was then that he heard it, the sirens just a short distance away. They must be here. PUN TIME! "Well, speak of the devil..." He laughed mercilessly at his own joke as he climbed aboard his glider. Flying would definitely be a hassle in his current condition, but there were not too many options.
