"Booyah!" The Goblin struck a victorious pose, a grin from ear-to-ear. "I knew that would come in handy! Lots of people seem to get hurt when they're electrocuted, HAHAHA!" This was turning out very good. Norman had the creature on the ropes now, a few well placed blows and this could be the end of it. The first true test of his abilities, and they failed him. His tech, though. His tech is what saved the day.
"What are you?"
Norman couldn't quite comprehend where this creature was coming from. Obviously, Norman was a plain old human, and this creature is deserving of that question, not he. It was then that Norman realized. No, he wasn't a normal human. He was so much more. He was above most every other thing on the planet, now. This creature, by finally reverting to logic instead of its animalistic instincts, was effectively admitting defeat.
"HAHAHAHAHA! I am the mean, lean, power machine! I am the best there is at what I do, and what I do isn't very nice. This is SPARTAAAA, my friend, and I, I am the Green Goblin! Scourge to humanity! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Quake in fear at my awesomeness, for you shant live long to see it!"
CONTROL! The Goblin was losing control with the pumping adrenaline and endorphines that came with knowing he was near victory. He could not let himself kill it, not yet. He stood, as if paralyzed, the grin glued to his face, struggling to control his impulses.

Quake in fear at my awesomeness, for you shant live long to see it!" Was the man's rather long answer.
Venom climbed to his feet and grunted, rotating his right arm in it's socket. "We think you talk too much," Venom growled. It was true, Kenji didn't like how much this man, this "Green Goblin" was babbling.
"Venom, we're hurt, not just you both of us. You are out of your league," Kenji thought, sounding scared. "Shush!" Venom spat, turning his head as if someone was next to him and then looking back at the Green Goblin.
The symbiote smiled a gigantic grin, tentacles crawling out of his back and arms and hovering in the air. The symbiote started laughing and then whipped all the tentacles he'd generated (maybe thirteen or fourteen at the most) down towards where the Goblin was standing, catching lighting, pieces of lab equipment guards and the floor and throwing them around like rag dolls as he began tearing the room apart in his attempt to kill the man before him. "DIE!" Venom screamed "DIE! DIE! DIE!"

Norman was caught in the chaos, being struck several times before regaining his senses and control of his impulses. He began to bob and weave, avoiding the vast majority of tentacle strikes and contact with the various things being flung around the room. His gloating had costed him victory, giving his opponent time to recover, this was something he would need to work on. He pulled out two razor bats, wielding one in each hand like knives, slashing at the tentacles and laughing maniacally. He wasn't down yet. This creature would be his, and this latest onslaught only helped to encourage him in the midst of combat.
Imagine, a future with super, tentacled, long tongued soldiers running into battle, shrugging off gunfire and pounding their targets into the ground. This would revolutionize warfare and science, and make Norman Osborn a very rich man. Doing his best to remain unharmed, he flung the two bats toward the creature, pulling out a pumpkin bomb and tossing it after them.

Venom managed to hit his foe once or twice but then he began doing that ****** twirling and spinning. Venom growled as the Goblin started laughing again, a nearby tentacle got slashed and shot back into his body with an agonised mutter. Another one got sliced as well, he pulled them back into his body, they were giving the man too many targets.
Whatever he was using as knives suddenly got thrown towards him. Venom stuck out both hands and grabbed the bat shaped objects, one twitch of his hands and the objects snapped in two. Venom started to laugh, as the chunks of metal bounced off the floor. "That the best you got?" He taunted.
Then the pumpkin bomb exploded. The large explosion threw Venom into the wall where he left a massive Venom shaped indent. The symbiote slid to the floor, his head shot up and he roared in anger, pouncing up off the floor hoping he could land on the Goblin ...

The future is in the palm of his hand. Only a few more well-placed blows, and he would finally have his big, black, roaring trophy. Before he had much time to celebrate however, the creature was sailing through the air, aimed directly at the Goblin. This was bad news. This was not permittable. He could not have the tides turning against his favor, and if he didn't react quick enough, that is exactly what would happen. Everything seemed to happen in slow motion as he moved to launch an uppercut into the face of the oncoming creature. His actions were hasty, however, and his blow would fall just to the right of its target, sealing his fate.
The creature crashed into him, its enormous mass pushing him backward. With a sneer, the Goblin launched into the only word that could think to utter. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"

Venom's laughing and the Goblins long drawn out "No" were making Kenji feel like screaming. Venom stood up and grabbed the Green Goblin by the throat, thin, wriggly tentacles began to crawl around the seams of his mask, tightening around his throat, constricting his face. Venom was going to squeeze the life out of this pesky little man if it was the last thing he did ...
"Stop it! Stop it!" Kenji was thinking frantically, come on he needed to keep control! He couldn't let Venom kill another person! "Just! STOP IT!" He screamed, his voice echoing through Venom.
Venom stopped, the symbiote began to shift and change, warping, rippling and moving all over the place. Venom dropped his victim and staggered backwards. He roared in agony and dropped to the floor. The sticky black goop was being pulled into Kenji's thin little arms and slithering down his back. Kenji knelt to the floor, blood dripping out of a nostril as his concentration tried it's hardest to keep the parasite in check.
Kenji looked up, Symbiote trying to climb up his arms and back, he kept his head down, not wanting to be recognised. "RUN!" Kenji screeched "RUN! I can't hold him off for ..." Kenji's warning was interrupted by a scream of pain as the symbiote made it up to his left shoulder.

The Goblin almost succumbed to defeat, he was about ready to admit his loss, when the creature suddenly went ballistic. It staggered backwards and shrunk into the form of a kid and started screaming something about running. This is what he had been waiting for, there was no way he was leaving now. The Goblin, his devillish smile lighting up the green face, plodded forward slowly, grabbing the boy's neck and lifting him into the air, just as the creature had to him moments before.
"So, now, little boy," he began, a supressed laugh coloring his words, "Why don't you tell me all about exactly what is going on here." He made a point to look at the seething mass on the boy's shoulder. "The way I see it, you don't have so much time. One way," he pulled out a pumpkin bomb and began to toss it up and down in his free hand, "or another, you lose. I suggest you take the not-blowing up route."

Kenji struggled to keep Venom from crawling back up to his neck and taking control. The symbiote yelling in frustration, it's movements scratching at Kenji's skin and trying to climb up his body. He screamed again but was cut short by a purple glove gripping his neck and beginning to press down on his windpipe.
Kenji frantically grappled at the Green Goblins hand, symbiote swirling around Kenji's arms from the hands to the elbows and going berserk. Kenji looked down in terror at the monster strangling him.
"So, now, little boy," His voice sounded like he was laughing, Kenji was panicking thrashing frantically "Why don't you tell me all about exactly what is going on here." "I do-don't kn-kn-know!" Kenji exclaimed, his face contorted into anger and his voice struggling to breathe. "The way I see it, you don't have so much time. One way or another, you lose. I suggest you take the not-blowing up route." His attacker said, Kenji noticed there was a pumpkin shaped bomb in the man's hand being tossed up and down. "I-I ca-can't! I don't know!" Kenji said, starting to cry "It's ca-called Venom! Th-at's all I know!"

"It's ca-called Venom! Th-at's all I know!"
Venom? It? From what Norman could gather, this boy and "Venom" had some kind of link, some kind of shared consciousness or something. Maybe a bit like Banner? However, it also appeared that the boy was having some sort of trouble. The black substance, writhing over the boy's body, appeared to be reminiscent of Venom's body make-up, almost like the second skin that made up his body mass, the obvious muscles that the boy lacked. So, the black substance is the source of his power, perhaps?
The Goblin grinned, deactivating the pumpkin bomb and tucking it away. "You seem to be in pain. Let ol' doctor Goblin help you out with that." He reached over and placed a hand on the black mass that was surging around the boy's arm, his intent to remove it and observe the consequences. This was it. If it didn't work out, he may just kill the boy before the monster could emerge again. If it did, he would kill the boy anyway. Win/win. Except for the boy. Because, y'know, he dies in both circumstance. He'll be going to a better place though. Hopefully. Well, Norman was sure the boy knew what was coming, so he didn't bother dwelling on the thought.

The bomb was turned off and put away. Kenji tried to thank him but all he could let out was a sort of drawn out, hoarse "anku" sound. He was still struggling to breathe his face growing purple as he gasped for air.
"You seem to be in pain. Let ol' doctor Goblin help you out with that." The man said.
"He's going to kill us! Give in! Now!" Venom screeched into Kenji's mind. Kenji gave in and relaxed, his head lopping backwards as the symbiote shot up and around his body, building up muscles, teeth, eyes and the giant white spider in the centre of his body. Venom pressed his feet against the Green Goblin's chest and kicked off.
Venom looked down at his right arm. He could see Kenji's skin around his lower arm, symbiote still crawling up and around it. Venom's mouth hung open and his head slowly lifted up. "He didn't ..." Kenji thought "Tell me he didn't ..."

Norman was caught up in a torrent of emotion. First, it appeared the boy had died, his head dropping back. Either that, or he was unconscious or something. Norman was fine with this. Then, however, Venom reappeared, almost seeming to come out from within the boy. Not at all like Banner, as Norman had suspected, but more like a suit of armor that had been living inside. To wrap it all up, his fury arose when Venom kicked him away, and he lost his grip on the creature's neck. His leverage was gone and it looked like he may be in for another fight before Venom is subdued. Lo and behold, however, it appeared he did have something. In his hand, doing some kind of weird clinging dance type movement, was a bit of the black material that made up Venom, about half the size of a fist. Not to his surprise, Norman almost immediately noted a "bald spot" on Venom's arm, where he had reached to grab the black substance. Intriguing.
"HAHAHAHA! I'm not sure what this means, but it can only be good!" The Goblin quickly backpedaled to find an unbroken flask, in which he placed the material. Wait a second, this probably looks really suspicious...no, wait! I just have to 'take' it with me! He quickly grabbed a lid to the flask (idk if flasks have lids, let's just say they do) and put it on, tucking the container underneath his arm then turning back to face Venom, sticking his tongue out at him and smiling gleefully.

Venom stuck his own tongue out. The only difference was that while the Goblin's was a few inches long Venom could extend his. The red slobbering object shot out of Venom's mouth and lashed at his foe.
"GIVE THAT BACK!" Venom screeched, pulling his tongue back in after several seconds and running at full pelt towards the Green Goblin.
Venom grabbed the nearest thing he could (A light that had fallen off the ceiling) and swung it like a club at the green figures ribcage.

The Goblin was distracted enought by Venom's tongue lashing that he was caught off-guard when Venom charged. The light caught him in the midst of his torso, knocking him aside and sending the flask sliding across the floor. "Hey! No fair! Finders, keepers!" He leapt, launching a booted foot towards Venom's face, staying between the creature and the flask. His face remained in a large grin.
I can't lose it now, not after all I went through to get it! It practically belongs to me! There was no way that Norman would allow this monster to take away his future, at any cost.
If one was paying attention, they might hear sirens approaching OsCorp. Of course, they probably need really good hearing, too.

Venom let out a roar of triumph when the light fitting threw the goblinoid maniac into the wall. Venom dropped the light fitting to the left and loomed over the grinning nutjob.
"Hey! No fair! Finders, keepers!" The Goblin laughed leaping up and kicking Venom in the face. He landed between Venom and the flask. Venom growled and span back to face his foe. Hie eyes widened when they fell on the flask behind the Green Goblin.
"Is that still moving!?" Kenji asked in astonishment. Venom nodded, that wasn't possible! After part of him broke off it would wither up and die. But the piece of crimson goo in the flask was writhing around like mad. Venom growled and lunged for the flask ...

Venom seemed focused completely on going after the flask, and Norman decided he would use this completely to his advantage. The creature completely ignored the Goblin, leaping instead past him, so Norman brought a sharp right uppercut into the creature's abdomen as it passed him, quickly raising his left arm and bringing a shatteringly powerful elbow-drop to the back of Venom's neck. The full brunt of his strength was behind both blows. His smile and laughter accompanied the strikes and Norman revelled in the fact that he managed to hit his distracted foe so soundly.
This might be it! he thought gleefully, This brawl might finally be coming to an end! Norman had no inkling as to what he might do with the body if the creature ended up unconscious or dead. He couldn't keep it, after all, that would be horribly incriminating. Oh, well, he would cross that bridge when he came to it. Right now, he was too happy to worry about those kind of trivial things.
