Venom gasped and fell to the floor. He hadn't expected the man to pack that much of a punch. Venom staggered to his feet and roared at his opponent. He took a step forward and then Kenji started whining.
"We can't beat him!" He insisted, A few hours later Kenji would realise he said "we" and curl up and throw up for a bit. "He has part of us!" Venom bellowed. "Venom! The police'll be here soon! I do not want to get arrested for this!" Kenji was getting hysterical now "I don't want to die either!"
Venom growled, he didn't have a choice, the Goblin could probably beat him and his host was making a fuss. A large tentacle shot out of his arm and attempted to sweep the Green Goblin off his feet before he leapt out a window (without opening it) and engaged his invisibility the moment he hit the floor.
He'd deal with getting that part of his body back later, at the moment though. The odds were against him. At the moment ...

The Goblin smirked after knocking Venom down. Things were looking up. A few more strategically placed blows, and Venom would be down for the count. As the creature got to his feet, Norman held up a fist threateningly, chuckling. A tentacle suddenly whipped out from the moster, sweeping across the floor. Norman attempted to jump over it, but it was moving too swiftly and caught his toe, bringing him to his knees. By the time he was back on his feet, Venom was gone, leaving behind a broken window and a trashed lab. Norman looked around, surveying the damage. It would definitely set him back a bit, but the cost was totally worth it. He still had the flask.
Trotting over to it, Norman picked it up, turning it in his hands, watching the formerly black substance writhe and jump about in an attempt to escape. He tucked it into a cabinet and jumped out the window. He couldn't chance that someone would connect the Goblin to OsCorp, so he found the secret entrance to his Goblin room beneath OsCorp and entered there, none the wiser.
He showed up at the lab not too much later as Norman Osborn. Law enforcement was all over the place, as was a clean-up crew. He removed the flask from a cabinet, making sure the security cameras couldn't see, and carried it out.

Oh, sorry, changed it.
Odd, where I live we don't really consider that a swear word after the age of 10.
